In order to do this, we are looking to build a team of smart, data-driven, tech-savvy Lead Trainers – On Field, who are hungry to make an impact in rural India while building a fast-growing social enterprise.

Full-Time Compensation: 3 lakhs to 4 lakhs (depending on experience and skill set)
Job Context & Challenges:
FM is planning to expand rapidly across geographies to meets its revenue Target. Hence we are looking for a Lead Trainer at the Branch Level to continuously engage with the Partners and Saheli’s to execute the training plan to achieve project based targets. The ideal candidate shall be adept at the below Training Functions
Functional linkages:
The position will report to the Digital Operations Head. This position will require working closely with internal stakeholders – channel development team (field team), customer insights, call centre lead, data team, tech team
Key Accountabilities:
1. Person must be Passionate to work for Rural Development and must have ground level working exposure in Marketing or Digital Literacy.
2. Subject Knowledge Expertise: Subject knowledge expertise of Training and Digital Literacy.
3. Interaction: Able to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport. Connect and engage with learners.
4. Energizing: Able to create positive energy (motivation) in both individuals and groups
5. Listening Skills: Ability to listen other actively and respond them politely.
6. Creativity: The use of imagination or original ideas to create something.
7. Multitask: Able to work on multiple tasks as and when required.
8. Tolerance for Ambiguity: Able to withhold actions or speech in the absence of important information; deal with unresolved situations, frequent change, delay or unexpected events.
9. Team Skill: Able to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitments to goals and objectives.
Experience:
1. Previous work experience with a social enterprise/ non-profit would be a plus
2. Must be comfortable communicating in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
3. 2+ years of experience in Training/Marketing/Digital Literacy/Training content Development.
4. Graduate/Any MBA.
Skills/Essential:
