Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, out of box thinker, to Ideat, conceptualize, execute and implement innovative digital solutions as per the envisioned digitalization strategy. The role requires to own the entire process of connecting the vision to end delivery of the product and features incorporating continuous improvement and customisation. The job will also require collaboration with various functions, understand the objectives and provide digital solutions to accomplish scale, impact, speed and with quality. Key driver of Digital Transformation for the company’s end-to-end operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably in the field of computer science/ automation/ digital management/ analytics/Product Management.
- 6 – 9 years of work experience in the space of ideating and implementing digital solutions to create impact.
Job Responsibilities
● Focus on understanding and translating operational/business needs to solution-level architecture and process improvement.
● Identify gaps in the processes and Implement digital solutions to deliver expected business outcomes by leveraging modern technology thereby enhancing organization’s capacity to achieve its strategic goals.
● Create detailed project plans, business required documents and budgeting across various stages, adhering to the project timelines and budget for deliverables.
● Coordinate with Vendors, different stakeholders and teams within the organisation on a regular basis to support new proposals and improvisation.
● Strong understanding of business planning and analysis with demonstrated ability to Showcase the interpretation and models to a business problem.
● Comfortable with ambiguity, open to feedback and being able to anlayse it for continuous system improvement.
● He/she needs to be an excellent communicator, negotiator and multi-tasker with problem-solving aptitude.
