Experience :- 4 – 5 years Experience in working on projects in the waste management / water management / environmental sustainability sector

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor all project activities and ensure smooth operations in consultation with the project manager.
• Focus on field-level effective implementation of the project, while also maintaining the big-picture view of the long-term sustainability of the project.
• Support and ensure community engagement activities through community influencers and resource persons.
• Build a strong relationship with local stakeholders.
• Liaison and partner with similar organizations and government bodies to tackle waste and management issues pertaining to the project area.
• Document and monitor all income and expenditures of the project.
• Regular recording and reporting as per laid out plan.
• Monitoring and reporting of data by field staff.
• Regular and real time documentation of best practices, case studies, challenges and other stories and onward sharing.
• Preparation and submission of activity and project reports as per stipulated timelines.

4. Willingness to spend lots of time on the field & to travel extensively even alone
