Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Will plan a bouquet of marketing activities for NEN Startup Think, the workshop series.
• Comprehensive marketing and communications plan cum budget for the vertical
• Strategizing and coordinating for marketing inputs
• Website
• Social Media
• Other online marketing activities
• Communication Briefs
• Collates and Promotional Material
• Event planning and execution
• PR
• Manage partnerships for marketing leverage, support and co-branded campaigns.
• Research new and leverage existing contacts to create a pipeline for lead generation.
• Manage events and speaking opportunities.

Functional Skills:

Candidate should have experience in and be conversant with:

• Website management
• Social Media Strategy
• Developing Communication Briefs
• Developing Collates and Promotional Material
• Event planning and execution
• PR activities
• Have expertise in content curation and creation.
• Have budgeting skills.
• Be able to track and measure branding & communication efforts.

Experience & Skillset

• Ideally have min 5-6 yrs. of holistic Marcom experience in a client organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Have outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Above par negotiation skills
• Extrovert with good inter-personal skills
