The content writer for Muskaan Dreams, will take care of the below mentioned tasks on a daily basis-
a) Follow a research-oriented approach, keep a close eye on current affairs, and what’s trending in the industry
b) Write compelling copies for social media handles like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and Koo
c) Work on all content requirements for the website, social media channels, PR and multiple brand collaterals like
Monthly Newsletters, Internal Communication, Brochures, Project PPTs, and Annual Reports
d) Work in close coordination with the ground support team, programs team and others to assure a smooth communication flow
e) Create visually appealing stories and video scripts to help us build a online community
f) Support the Marcom Team in smooth operations and keep contributing towards creating content repository month on month
Experience Requirements:
● Graduate/Post-graduate preferably in the education or development sector
●Experience 1-3 Years
● Excellent communication and documentation skills in English & Hindi
● Effective leadership skills and problem-solving ability
● Passion to impact lives and bring change through words and visuals
Must have skills and competencies:
● Highly creative
● Proactive individual
● Basic knowledge of all Social Media Platforms
● Fluency in English & Hindi for writing and speaking
● Basic understanding of MS Office
● High accountability
● Respect for deadline
● Team Player
● Online Crisis Management, a plus
Other Requirements: It will be preferred if the candidate has his/her own laptop for the proper execution of roles and responsibilities.
Compensation:
