ABOUT THE ROLE
The position will report to the CEO. He/she will be an important single point of contact with internal and external stakeholders for various purposes. The role is a multi-disciplinary and a complex one, that requires highly advanced communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. The position holder will require- strong organisational and multi-tasking skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Preparation for the CEO meetings with Board, Clients, Investors, Leadership team and staff
2. Calendar Management
3. Represent the CEO in internal and external communications.
4. Travel arrangements
5. Flexibility- Able to be flexible with hours and accessibility.
6. Perform any other duties as and when requested
