Please Note:

This is to provide additional income support to women & people who want to work for a social cause with a fixed income by contributing 3-4 hours a day from their daily schedule. The mode of job is remote and type is contractual.

Responsibilities

Looking for a results-driven Partnerships Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage donor prospects for a larger and self-actualizing impact towards needy rural communities

1. Identify potential donors and grant-makers (institutions i.e. CSR, global foundations, philanthropists, multi- lateral agencies, Embassies & consulates etc.)
2. Build and maintain donor database for the organization
3. Approach potential donors, share about Swades Impact and Work
4. Initiate conversations and engagement with such donors
5. Identify synergies and thematic interest with donors that are aligned with Swades’s mission and causes
6. Schedule calls/meetings between Swades partnerships team and prospective donors
7. Track until onboarding of donor partners

Ideal Applicants

• At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or fundraising activities in NGO/ Trusts / Corporate fundraising platform
• Extrovert with keen interest for social good and transforming lives
• Desirous to build knowledge about rural development challenges and opportunities
• Professional ethical approach towards finding solutions and putting skills and time to good use
• Possessing a strong social/professional network of leads and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with Donors
• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiating and presentation skills
