Job Description:

The Role Context: This role will own all activities related to launching and making the Opportunity program successful in the specified sector/regions by opening up new channels and strategic accounts . Additional responsibility would be to monitor results including jobs obtained by the students that are trained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pilot & deploy new models of delivery to scale (D2S)
• Identify, pilot, and deploy new models for student life cycle
• Mentor-Mentee Application
•  Psychometric assessments
•  Placement & Post Placement solutions
• Build end to end online digital skilling model
• Work on learning pedagogy innovations (Learning patterns etc.)
• Identify and pilot: How can AI contribute to skilling innovation
• Partnership development: Reach out to various companies/associations in selected industry sectors to identify committed partners to deploy the training course
• Coordinate with all stakeholders including from industry, educational and training institutes, and government as relevant to ensure success for the Program.
• Develop strategies/guidelines towards streamlining community mobilization and placement.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Candidate should have 10-15yrs exp in the fintech industry in strategy building, project management or working in skill development, with experience in various delivery models and knowledge of student lifecycle.
• Should have experience in skill development.
• Should have experience in end-to-end Project Management.
• Very strong customer-facing skills and holistic experience in business development.
• Experience in education delivery to skilling students – student/counseling, training, skilling and placement.
• Should be a part of industry forums.
• Experience of working with MSME, CII would be an added advantage.
