Overview:
SEWA Bharat is seeking an HR-Admin Assistant to join our organization for a dynamic two-year tenure. In this pivotal role, the HR-Admin Assistant will play an integral part in our mission to empower and support the diverse teams contributing to our vision. The successful candidate will be an essential member of our team, assisting in the critical task of building and fortifying our organization.

TASKS AND DELIVERABLES

Position Title: HR/Admin Assistant
Location: Head Office, Delhi
Reporting Line: HR & Admin Head
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field Experience: 1-3 years
Industry Exposure: Development Sector

Terms of Engagement:
• Two years, full-time contract, renewable annually
• Travel condition: Limited travel to SEWA offices across eight States may be required
• Working days: 6 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an HR/Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the HR & Admin Head in various aspects of HR and administrative functions, including but not limited to:

1. Recruitment Support:
• Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintaining recruitment records and databases.

2. Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
• Assisting in the induction and orientation process for new employees.
• Ensuring that new employees complete all required documentation.

3. Training and Development:
• Supporting training initiatives by scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
• Assisting in organizing development programs.

4. Performance Management:
• Assisting in the performance management process, including documentation and record-keeping.
• Supporting the Consultant in conducting performance appraisals.

5. Compensation and Benefits:
• Assisting in payroll and salary administration tasks.
• Maintaining employee attendance records.
• Supporting benefits administration.

6. Employee Relations:
• Assisting in handling employee queries and concerns.
• Supporting in maintaining a positive workplace culture.

7. Administrative Support:
• Assisting in general administrative tasks as needed.
• Helping in maintaining office supplies and resources.

Remuneration: 25K- 45K
