Position: Mission Director
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Mission Director to join our Impact Startup, a non-profit organization. This role is pivotal in shaping our operations and strategy from the ground up, requiring a proactive individual who can drive our mission forward with passion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
•Operational Setup: Establish and manage the foundational operations of the organization, ensuring all processes are efficient and scalable.
•Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies that align with our vision, fostering innovation and impactful solutions in education and entrepreneurship.
•Leadership: Provide strong leadership, inspiring and guiding the team to achieve our mission and goals.
•Resource Management: Oversee the acquisition and allocation of resources, including funding, technology, and support services.
•Ecosystem Building: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including other non-profits, tech partners, and community leaders, to build a robust support network.
•Program Development: Design and launch programs that empower non-profits, leveraging technology and best practices to maximize their impact.
•Monitoring & Evaluation: Establish metrics and processes to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and sustainability.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a non-profit, start-up, or tech environment.
•Strong strategic thinking and operational planning skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
•Passion for social impact, particularly in the fields of education and entrepreneurship.
•Self-starter attitude with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
