Opportunity: We're excited to announce an opening for a Compliance and Operations Executive to join our team at our first E[co]work space in Delhi, Ghaziabad Area. If you're passionate about driving change and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Personality and skills we are looking for:

  • Energetic with a strong interest in creating societal and environmental impact
  • Organizational skills to efficiently manage documents and tasks
  • Proactiveness in identifying and addressing compliance issues
  • Problem-solving focus to resolve compliance issues and address concerns
  • Adaptability to take on diverse roles and responsibilities
  • Basic comprehension of legal terminology for drafting contracts
  • Proficiency in using technology, including mobile applications
  • Upholds integrity and ethical standards in all aspects of work
  • Efficient time management to meet deadlines and fulfill responsibilities
  • Effective collaboration with colleagues to achieve organizational objectives
  • Excellent proficiency in Hindi and English
  • Comfortable reaching out and interacting with stakeholders

 

Key roles and primary responsibilities:

  • Overseeing compliance with regulations and managing documentation
  • Generating invoices, updating Proof of Evidence, and ensuring timely renewals
  • Conducting inspections, enforcing safety standards, and implementing regulations
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for document/data requests
  • Drafting and editing contracts in collaboration with the Management Board
  • Keeping safety compliance data, policies, and assessments up to date
  • Supervising material inward-outward activities and maintaining facility operations
  • Other tasks as per request
