Period of Contract:
The contract will be for a period of 2 year, renewable for another year subject to satisfactory performance and project period extension. The selected candidate will undergo a probation period of 6 months with a salary of INR 18,000 per month. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the salary will be revised to the standard range of INR 25,000 – 28,000 per month based on performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print materials including social media graphics, website assets, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.

• Create visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.

• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our design work.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
